I started in graphic design in São Paulo, making campaigns and store branding for Hugo Boss and materials for Lollapalooza Brasil. At Cinemark I moved into UX and led the design of its first online store for corporate clients.
In Canada I spent three years in QA on Electronic Arts’ game publishing platform, which taught me to find where things break before users do. I retrained in UX at BrainStation, and since 2023 I’ve designed for Best Buy Canada.
I care as much about how something works as how it feels.
The same habits show up in every case on this site. Each one comes with the project that taught it to me.
On Seller Hub, our team built the homepage around four seller archetypes from research with 90+ sellers.
Rockstock’s first flow failed testing. I dropped the retail model, rebuilt it around how bands already sell, and the next round passed.
Cinemark’s store worked because of what surrounds checkout: the contract, the FAQ and a code on every delivery.
At Electronic Arts I tested against AAA accessibility standards. At Best Buy I apply accessibility practices to what I design.
Fifteen years across two countries. The tools changed along the way. The job stayed the same: make things people can actually use.
Current tools first. The visual tools from my graphic design years still come in handy when a project needs motion or a campaign.
